Roudsar Organic Compost Plant ( food waste treatment plant)
Execution of project of Roudsar composting plant with the capacity of 250 MT per day includes two parts: construction and machineries & equipment. The contract of this project was concluded with Roudsar municipality on Feb.2006.
This project includes the following stages:
Production Line
This room consists of different parts including: waste Input, Manual Separation, Separation Using Rotary Screen and Shredder. The dimensions of this room are 15×67 m2, which is constructed as a burrow with the height of 11m.
Fermentation Room
This room with the dimensions of 20×120 and height of 7.30 m, is designed as a roofed room with polycarbonate covering for transform the organic materials of waste to compost during the period of fermentation, which is about 30 days.
Mixing machines mix the materials, aerate and transfer them to the end of the room. High-pressure blowers are used in the floor of this room in order to create aerobic fermentation in order to produce compost with acceptable quality.
Fine Compost Room
This room with the dimensions of 12×40 and height of 6m, is located after fermentation room and the high-quality compost is processed and stored at this room. Compost screen and glass separator will be installed at this room.
